YBKC Grant Process
- Short form submission by July 4, 2008
- Proposal Submission by August, 12, 2008
- Grant Award Announcement: September, 10 2008
Step 1: File your initial short form application. You will be
limited to a 200 word abstract describing your project. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your application form has been received.

Step 2: Initial abstract will be evaluated by the YBKC Operations Team for applicability to our goals, practicality to the amount
of the grant, and feasibility. You will be notified within two weeks as to whether your initial abstract is rejected or
you’ll be invited to move to step 3.
Step 3: You will be asked to submit the
detailed grant proposal for your research project.

Step 4: After staff review of your proposal, you will be
contacted to arrange a verbal presentation (in person or via tele/video conference) to our Advisory Board.
